Golf Fitness Training Is For Serious Golfers

Golf fitness training is something that any golfer serious about improving their game has considered at least once or twice. The cost of a personal trainer is out of reach for most so they settle on a golf fitness program or gizmo they see offered on an infomercial on late night TV. Or maybe they try to learn techniques and secrets from outdated golf fitness books and magazines.

Everyone just wants to be able to play the game they love without the chance of suffering injury or back pain. Golf is a unique sport and therefore requires a unique training program. While many people may seem qualified to offer such training, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has the most respected designation in athletic conditioning in the world is probably the most qualified.

A person with such a qualification would likely be out of reach financially for one-on-one training but would have an extensive background in physiology and biomechanics as well as a thorough understanding about the golf swing and its mechanics ... information that could easily enough be shared in a golf fitness book for a fraction of the cost.
